It's Eid Ul-Fitr And 24th Birthday!

I would like to wish my family, fellow customers and also the readers of Diyadeary Handmade Card a very Happy Eid Ul-Fitr! Have a great time with your dearest family, visiting relatives and eating all the yummy raya dishes.. Oh I already have the taste of ayam rendang taste in my mouth. *drooling* Stop it Diya, you are fasting.. Last day, last day.. LOL!

This year raya would be a little extra special for me too!

I'm going to celebrate my 24^th birthday tomorrow! Woohooo.. What a great combo - raya and birthday! It's going to be double celebration for me! ♥

So, so.. psst.. I'm expecting double amount of duit raya this year. Hee.... Perhaps this year might be the last year for me to get duit raya. Next raya, I'll be giving duit raya instead of receiving.. InsyaAllah...

I have some errands to be done, till then... Selamat Hari Raya!

Raya Woven Card

The basic idea for design and colour were totally from my customer. He wanted the woven paper on the front page with on top of it an oval shape paper for the greeting stamps. Yes, he decided the colours. The inside part - the simple borders on both side were requested by him as well. And just before I did the packing for shipping, the customer wanted the front area to be decorated with flowers. Phew~ Just in time!

Night of Aidilfitri

I received this bulky order from my dad who would like send off these cards to his counterparts around Malaysia. So, ten cards means there are for ten officers in ten states.

At first, I didn't realized this, but it was my mom who told me - Eh, your dad from Perak branch and your card do match the state's theme. Black, white and yellow is the Perak's flag colours. Haha. It was coincidence!

The Elegant Black And White

My favorite raya card so far despite it's just a simple card. The pattern paper is the main attraction here. It is a beautiful velvet pattern paper I must say. I don't need to decorate much since the paper already did. Believe it or not, the pattern paper is made in Malaysia. Yes, Malaysian product. *proud*
